Yachtmaster Training

Learn how to use that boat in safety! Take your Yachtmaster Coastal or Offshore Certificate at WHSC on a winter course run by Nicky Walsh. These courses are run in the Clubhouse on dates to be advised but they normally commence in October.

Beginners classes will cover Seamanship, Navigation, Meteorology, Collision Regulations, Pilotage and Position Fixing. All are welcome to participate. Boat ownership and experience is not necessary.

Courses in Marine VHF Radio and Marine First Aid are also available.
